Every project starts with a free site survey. We'll then create designs and discuss ideas such as:
materials - new and reclaimed

The Fox Den
Welcome to the Fox Den. Built for two little scamps who felt it was their duty to squirt me with their water guns! 😂A good size house, standing just over 3 metres tall and featuring a sliding door, climbing wall, slide, basket on a pulley system, tyre swing, trap door with rope ladder and a balcony.

Originally contacted about a "simple" treehouse for the bottom of the garden.The project turned into a 14 foot tall building with climbing wall, monkey bars, slide and a rope bridge to another platform around a tree.

A multi-level treehouse for a lovely corner of a garden.Complete with rope bridge, climbing wall, pulley system and tubular slide. It is set amongst the trees and built to blend in with the surrounding foliage and cause little disruption to surrounding vegetation.

Highfield Adventure Playground
It was a privilege to be a part of the development/ improvement at Highfield Adventure Playground. What a wonderful group of people that provide a great service in the community.My latest completed project included a cabin with balcony, suspended bridge, storage area, platform with slide (recycled) and a climbing wall.If you want to take a look for yourself or let your kids try it out why not visit the playground.

A little playhouse for a little princess.A simple house on stilts to fit into corner of the garden.

Small Space Playhouse
A good size structure nestled into a small corner of the garden. Using a diamond shape this treehouse is still spacious and maximises the space well. It is perched on top of an old tree trunk.Features a lower deck, upper treehouse, basket on a pulley system, ladder, climbing rope and a pair of swing/gym rings.

Bespoke treehouse
We were asked if we could create a treehouse on a steep section of a garden in Sheffield.The result was a stilted treehouse over multiple levels with a built-in slide. The treehouse quickly became the envy of all the neighbour's children.

Bespoke summer house
We were challenged with designing and making a summer house that would fit in a small garden. We also had to keep the overall height low whilst maximising the internal head room. We created a unique wedge design so it would fit in the corner of the garden. it includes double glazed doors and 6 windows to maximise the sun.There is also a storage area on the side for garden equipment.

Secure and dry garden bike storage
Our client needed a secure and dry place to store their bikes. The brief was 'it needs to be attractive, easily accessible and to take up as little space as possible'.We created a lean-to shelter using hinged hooks allowing the bikes to sit flush against the wall. There is plenty of space to store other garden equipment too.

Designed to fit in a small garden in Nether Edge. This stilted play house uses a mix of reclaimed and new wood. A simple and elegant design with ladder and climbing rope.

We're a small friendly team based in Nether Edge, Sheffield. We work in and around Sheffield on bespoke outdoor woodworking projects. We specialise in creating something unique for you.We work with the environment front of mind. Our wood is FSC certified and we source recycled materials when possible.
Our process
We give every project, large or small, our specialist care and attention. Planning and discussing ideas with you to make it work for your space and your budget.
Free site survey
We'll visit you to discuss your specific needs and talk through different designs and ideas. We'll chat about materials, style, safety, planning permission and adding that extra bit of fun and creativity.
Planning and design
Once we understand everything you need, we'll create a design, work out costs and time scales. We're happy to discuss the designs and refine them if we need to.
Booking us
Once we're all happy with the design and costs, we'll book the project in and give you an estimated* start and completion date.*Occasionally the weather can delay things by a day or two ⛈️.
Building your treehouse
When we're ready to start the build we'll check that everything is still as we planned. We work safely and tidily. We know there will often be excited and interested people (young and old) keen to try things out.We're always happy to assess the build as we go and adapt if we need to. We understand that as things progress, our ideas can change. If this is the case we'll work with you to discuss options and potential changes to costs.
Project Completion
When the project is complete we know you and your little ones will be 100% satisfied. However, if there is anything that needs attention we're here to help.We're also happy to discuss any future plans for the project or something else you have in mind, simply let us know.
